  • * All refunds will be processed within 7 days.
  • * Customers must contact our support department with their order information to request a refund.
  • * 100% money back guarantee covers price of product only.
  • * You have fourteen (14) Days from the date of the original purchase to return the product to receive your refund. Any return received after the fourteen (14) day timescale will not be processed.
  • * If we receive excessive or repeated refund requests from you, we reserve the right to add you to our “blacklist” to prevent future purchases of our products by you and we reserve the right to refuse your business at our sole discretion for any other reason we deem necessary. Characters Used – Fair Use Policy Your Professional license can generate up to twenty five thousand (25,000) characters per month. If you subscriber to Expert packages, the limit is one hundred and twenty thousand (120,000) characters per month. For the Innovator package the limit is one hundred and eighty seven thousand five hundred (187,500), our Genius package the limit is one million two hundred and fifty thousands (1,250,000) and our Enterprise packages limit is five million (5,000,000). This is a fair use and if you reach the threshold of the maximum number of characters stated above, then your account will be limited until days pass since you will have used all the characters allowance. To be able to keep air™ at a low price, and available for everybody, please try to stick within the limits described above. If you reach the limit, you will simply need to wait until it gets reset automatically. *You have the ability to allow and receive remuneration from the display of advertisements, premium pro-rata revenues or other substantially similar forms of monetisation in connection with making available your productions on social media or other platforms, such as YouTube, offering such possibility (i.e. monetise). Notwithstanding the above you may not monetise any productions containing music. This means that when making your productions available on such platforms, you may receive a monetization claim from the music provider, and you undertake not to dispute such a claim. If you wish to be able to monetize your productions containing music, please contact the music provider to license the relevant rights.
